The portal has been migrated to a new platform on the 1st of March 2017 and security has been renewed.
In this regard, it will no longer be possible to use a single email address to manage multiple accounts.
As a result, each user will need to have their own unique account composed of:
- Email
- Tax ID / VAT Number
- Password
It could therefore happen that the email address used in the past is present several times in the system,
or,
in the event that the last access to the portal is prior to 1 March 2017, that the account has not yet been enabled for access.
